DYNOBOXE for Cardiovascular Fitness


Today, many people are preoccupied with their physical health, and have a great deal of interest in the diseases of the heart as well as in weight control. For these reasons, there are more and more people who subscribe to health exercise programs. Aerobic Dance courses were very popular for several years, but people are now looking for alternative training programs. Martial arts have also become very popular. Karate, for example, has the third largest number of participants amongst all the other sports, globally. However, this type of activity commands dedication and a lot of discipline which goes way beyond any other simple training program practiced for entertainment.


DYNOBOXE is an exercise program which combines the benefits of aerobic exercises with self-defence techniques learned from martial arts. This program may be practised by people of all ages of good physical shape and capacity, while creating personal development and a source of pleasure. Each training section begins with a short explanation of the movements, followed by a warm-up, then the main program, and ends with a recovery period. The sequences of DYNOBOXE are composed of choreographed kicks and punches to dynamic and rhythmic music. These sequenced movements were conceived and developed so they would be easy to learn and execute and yet still provide challenges to combat participants.
